Distance Learning Packets for TK-6th grades.

The link above is to the Language Arts and Math packets that were sent home on Friday. The work for TK-5th can be found in the Wonders "Your Turn" practice book or the My Math Volume 2 practice book that were also sent home Friday. 6th grade work is from Study Sync and Big Ideas Math - all worksheets were included.

Sequoia Academy Receives California's Highest Honors

State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson announced additional honors for California Distinguished elementary schools selected as having an Exemplary Program in Arts Education.

Sequoia Academy is pleased to announce that we are one of only twelve schools to have been selected for this award state-wide. When you consider that there are over 10,000 elementary schools in California, this award is truly a remarkable honor.

Auditors who visited our school in early April were searching for evidence of exemplary performing arts, visuals arts, music, dance, and art technology.

Jungle Book Kids Delights Sequoia Academy Crowds

Sold-out audiences were delighted watching Sequoia Academy performing arts students when our Disney Musicals in Schools production of the Jungle Book Kids was performed in early June. Many artists who worked backstage last year or had minor roles in Aladdin Kids stepped up and took on starring spots in this year's production.
